Paying for Classes

        NEW! A Payment Plan option is available for Fall and Spring semesters. 

You are required to pay for any classes for which you have registered.

  • If you don't plan to attend any classes for which you have registered, you must drop them by the official drop deadline to avoid financial responsibility.  
  • If you add classes after making payment, you must pay any additional tuition and fees for those classes by the payment deadline.  (See Payment Deadlines section below)  
  • Any classes added after the Payment Plan deadline will have to be paid for in full at the time of registration.
  • A minimum late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all accounts not paid in full by the official payment deadlines.

Winter 2011 Fee Payment Deadline: Jan. 10, 2011
Spring 2011 Fee Payment Deadline for early registrants: May 20, 2011
  • If you register for a class on or before the official Fee Payment Deadline, you must pay for the class OR enroll in a Payment Plan by the end of the day on the Fee Payment Deadline or your registrations will be dropped.
  • If you register for a class after the official Fee Payment Deadline, you must pay your tuition and fees in full or enroll in a Payment Plan by the end of the day of registration or your registrations will be dropped. 
  • Any classes added after the Payment Plan deadline will have to be paid for in full by the end of the day of registration or your registrations will be dropped.
  • The College reserves the right to drop unpaid registrations at any time without prior notice.

Simple Steps to use the Online Payment System

  • Go to the Bookstore
  • Select your monthly payment type
  • Click "proceed to checkout"
  • Enter your credit card information
  • Click "review order and Continue"
  • And you are finished, print your receipt or a receipt will be emailed to you

You must have a Paypal account to use this method.

  • Payments are due on the 3 - 10th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Books and Materials Fees

Undergraduates will need to purchase the Logos Leaders Library or Higher and Post Graduate students will need to purchase the Logos Scholars Library or higher for their school textbooks. (some students may already own Logos.) Please click here to make your purchase - LOGOS. (monthly payments are accepted)

All Chaplaincy and Pastoral Counseling students must purchase the American Association of Christian Counselors workbooks and exams. Please see department head for more information.

Additional Fees

Because we are a distance learning college, Arizona Bible College and Seminary does not charge extra for out-of-state distance learners.

Tuition fees includes the cost of all coursework excluding textbooks.

Registration Fee
New students will be charged a
one-time, non-refundable $20.00 registration fee. 

Transcripts
$5.50 per official copy (subject to change), $3.00 charge for one unofficial transcript.

Graduation Completion Fee
All students pay a $35.00 (subject to change) fee for processing their graduation application.  

Cost for Returned or Late Payments

Late or Missed Payments

Monthly tuition payments are due within the first 10 days of each month. Payments not received by the due date or within 10 days after the start of classes, the student may be removed from classes in order to allow other students to register or participate. Once removed, there is no guarantee the student will be able to re-register into the same class(es). All registration must be completed by the published deadline. 

 

Pursuant to state law (RCW 28B.10.293 and RCW 19.16.500) any debts to the college or seminary will be increased by costs and expenses incurred in the collection of such debts.
