Q & A
Are you accredited?
This is a big question for most students. I can tell you that we are not but for us we have some very good reasons why. First accreditation takes 10 years and that whole process can cost up to $50,000 dollars plus additional yearly dues. The cost would then be passed along to our students and we want to keep the costs low so that everyone can go. Second have you noticed that every class at graduate or post graduate level is the same? That is because accrediting boards tell you what you can and can not teach. We feel that we should teach what God has placed in our hearts. We have created programs that are at the graduate or post graduate level but we prefer to have the flexibility to teach what we feel is the biblical truth not what an accrediting board tells us is the truth. We are a completely legitimate seminary and we will teach you what you need to know to get the career of your dreams in ministry.

Will my degree transfer to another university or college?
Each college or university has the right to choose what credits will transfer or will not. They can accept credits from unaccredited educational institution if they so choose. So in essence it is up to them.

Are you just another one of those online schools?
Our classes are online, however they are completely interactive. I can assure that we have made the online experience just as rewarding as an on-campus class. We have webcams, hand outs, lectures ect. All of our students are required to come to class at a certain time so that they can participate in classes together with the instructor. We teach classes online by our choosing. We feel that in today's world of innovative technology there is little need for on-campus classroom instruction with our particular courses. We do have, for some of our programs, internship opportunities so that our students may receive hands on experience. Our students greatly enjoy this type of leaning environment because they can travel and still go to class. It also saves our students time and money because they can take classes in the comfort of their own home.

How difficult is it to take classes online?
Some students may initially struggle with the programs that we use if they are not as familiar with computers. This is why we do orientation with our students before they start classes. If a student is still struggling with the programs we offer them individual one-on-one training in our office. Once our students become familiar with the programs they find it to be extremely easy to go to school online.

What is your calendar year?
We offer fall, winter, spring and summer semesters and students usually attend year round. Classes are offered on an accelerated schedule.

What sort of career placement do you have?
Over the past three years, 84% of our graduates were engaged in ministry six months after graduation, and 72% report that their ministry duties were directly related to their study at the College or Seminary. We offer graduating resources for those seeking a job within their field of choice. Ministry career courses are integrated across the curriculum, and students explicitly develop the abilities for ministry leadership.

What is the average class size?
The average undergraduate class size is 8-15 students. Smaller class sizes means that students receive more individualized attention from faculty.

What is a Re-entry or Adult Student?

Re-entry or adult students are generally age 21 or over, seeking to update professional skills and further career advancement. Some of our students may never have attended college or had started college and then stopped because of personal, financial, or other reasons. Some students have spent time in the workforce, the military, or in raising a family, and want to go back to fulfill a lifelong goal or potential. Some are retired, while others are single parents looking to achieve more career-wise. Most of our adult learners continue to work while returning to school and attend college part-time.

It is never too late to go back to school! You may be just starting a degree program, returning to finish a degree, seeking a second degree, gain an advanced degree, or taking courses for occupational or personal enrichment, but whatever the reason, we are here to help you achieve your goals.
