Arizona Theological Seminary and Bible College is doing it's part to help students go back to school during this tough economy.
Arizona Bible College and Seminary has dedicated it's mission to bringing a post-secondary education to all students seeking an education regardless of ability to pay. We are a privately subsidized institution and can offer a quality education at a substantially reduced tuition rate to our students. We have partnered with national educators who believe in our mission and have contributed their teaching to our students at a reduced fee so that ministers of the Gospel can fulfill their call to the mission field as educated ministers. We are also dedicated to the field of continuing education and offer tuition reduction waivers to eligible students seeking to continue their education.
Is Someone Paying Your Tuition for You?
The federal Family Education Rights to Privacy Act (FERPA) prohibits the college from releasing academic records without a students written permission. Academic records may include the amount you owe in tuition, your student ID number, grades or transcripts. If someone is paying your tuition, you must take one of the following steps:
Give the college written permission to release your records by completing and submitting a FERPA release form.
Please note:
-
Tuition rates subject to change.
-
Tuition and fees are due at the time of registration and payment must be completed within 3 business days of registration.
-
Some programs have additional fees assessed (see individual program).
GCEBC Contribution
General Conference of the Evangelical Baptist Church contributes to the cost of student tuition through support of basic instruction costs and supported aid. (Some courses may have additional material fees.)
Tuition Reduction Awards
Application for tuition reduction does not constitute payment. If a tuition reduction award has been made, payment will be automatically applied, however, if the award does not cover the entire amount of tuition and fees, the balance must be paid by the student.
Remember, if you applied for financial aid after the deadline or if you had an incomplete application and were asked to supply additional materials, you may need to pay tuition and fees yourself in order to protect your registration. If you have any questions regarding your financial aid award, please see your financial aid advisor.
If you choose not to attend for a quarter in which a financial aid award has been applied, you must officially withdraw from all courses before the first day of the quarter to avoid financial obligation. Students who are awarded financial aid and who fail to withdraw may be held accountable for tuition and fees.
For Arizona Theological Seminary and Bible College financed loans tuition balance is paid in monthly payments of per month. There is no interest fee on the unpaid balance. Late payments (received after the 10th of the month) will be assessed a $20 late charge, and the late fee is compounded monthly. Any portion of the unpaid balance can be paid off at any time without payment penalties.
*Arizona Theological Seminary and Bible College reserves the right to make changes in fees, course programs, and all administrative structures described in our catalog and elsewhere without prior notice being given.
